Santander has announced that, as of Monday 8 July, it is aligning its Intermediary teams to report into Graham Sellar, as Santander UK’s new Head of Intermediary Channel.
The move expands Graham’s current role of Head of Mortgage Business Development to include all field-based and telephone-based intermediary teams, alongside his existing role overseeing the Key Account Management which he has held since 2020. Graham will be supported in the role by Helen Harrison, who continues to manage the intermediary teams on a daily basis, in her role as Head of Intermediary Distribution. He will also continue to work closely with Lynsey Mitchell as the Head of Direct Channels ensuring alignment on Santander’s overall Homes’ objectives.
Graham, who has worked with Santander in the mortgage space for nearly 30 years, said:
“Relationships with brokers are vitally important to Santander as a major UK mortgage lender. I’m pleased to have this opportunity to support all the teams who interact with brokers on a daily basis and to find ways in which we can continue to build strong relationships for the benefit of all our customers.”
